Remember Mama...

  • You are doing your best, all the time
  • Your kids love you unconditionally
  • Take time to reflect each day on what's working and what's not
  • Don't be afraid to try something new
  • Don't feel like you need to match up to someone else's way of doing things
  • Nobody is walking your path, only you know the way to go
  • People, not things, are what's important
  • Value those who make you smile
  • Avoid those who cause you grief
  • Ask for help if you need it
  • Tell the truth, always, to everybody
  • Waste no time on yesterday, plan for tomorrow, but live in the moment
  • Food is nature's preventative medicine
  • Your babies are small for only months, they need you now
  • You get one chance at this, do your very best
  • Be honest with your children, if you make mistakes, apologise and try again
  • Your job is to nurture and protect, that is all.
  • You'll have loads of time to clean the dishwasher's door rim when your kids have moved out
  • Enjoy this, now, you may not be here tomorrow
  • Shed light on the world, don't spread negativity
  • No matter how big they get, your arms will always hold them
